Amish Mutant?

I don't know if rose begonias are supposed to have double blooms like this - one looks like a rose and the one attached to it is flat and open-faced.  Every blossom is just like this.  I bought it from an elderly Amish couple, whose nursery was full of beautiful flowers and vegetables,
