Three hawks have been hanging out in our yard for a few weeks. They shriek constantly to each other. We've noticed that the chipmunks, squirrels, and other birds are laying low.
I wonder if they have anything to do with this little guy's situation:

Three hawks have been hanging out in our yard for a few weeks. They shriek constantly to each other. We've noticed that the chipmunks, squirrels, and other birds are laying low.

What is it?
ReplyDeleteA baby mouse. His head is still too big for his body. I don't know if his mom threw him out because something's wrong, or if he somehow wobbled away from his nest. I'm sure they're in, and under, the shed. If he lives, we'll take him down and let him go under the pine trees.
