Is that a food bowl? He looks awfully comfortable on the walkway. Is he tail-less? Or is SHE tail-less? I like those spots on the back of his/her legs.
I'm pretty sure it's a female. Totally tail free, not even a stump. She's tame, that's why I think maybe she's lost. Do you want her? Or her babies, as she'll probably be pregnant before long. I read that Manx cats often die soon after birth from spina bifida, and that they shouldn't be given away until they're 4 months old to make sure they're not afflicted. She walks fine, but looks young.
